Website Terms
These terms govern use of the CreZign website and its free electronic functions. CreZign is a brand operated by Caldermark P.S.A.
1. Operator
The website is operated by Caldermark Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Św. Filipa 23 lok. 3, 31-150 Kraków, Poland, KRS 0001263631, NIP 6762726709, REGON 545582260.
2. Website services
The website provides information about CreZign web design and development services and allows visitors to submit a project request and optional brand files electronically. A modern browser, internet connection and valid email address are sufficient for normal use.
3. Project requests and contracts
Submitting a contact or project form does not by itself create a paid contract or oblige Caldermark P.S.A. to accept a project. A commercial engagement is formed only through a clear acceptance mechanism such as an accepted proposal, order confirmation, signed agreement or other agreed confirmation.
4. Information and pricing
Website descriptions, package information, promotional prices, examples and timelines are general commercial information unless expressly confirmed as part of an accepted proposal or agreement. Final scope may depend on the customer's requirements, content, integrations and requested functionality.
5. Material you submit
You must have the right to provide logos, images, texts, documents and other material submitted to CreZign. You retain ownership of customer material. By providing it for a project request or project, you authorise Caldermark P.S.A. to use it as reasonably necessary to assess, design, develop and deliver the requested work.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to submit unlawful, malicious, deceptive or infringing content; distribute malware; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with website security or availability; impersonate others; or upload material you are not authorised to provide.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the CreZign website, brand elements, design, text, graphics, interfaces and software are owned by Caldermark P.S.A. or its licensors. Access to the website does not grant source-code, resale, sublicensing or reproduction rights.
8. Availability and external services
We may update or temporarily restrict website functions for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Third-party websites and services linked from CreZign remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Complaints
Complaints about the website or its free electronic services may be sent to info@crezign.com. Please identify the relevant function and describe the issue sufficiently for us to investigate it.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under the CreZign Privacy Policy. Browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Different terms may apply under a signed customer agreement.
